Sirendi specializes in supporting private and charter yachts ranging from any size and both private and charter programs. Whether you’re running with a skeleton crew, in between seasons, preparing for a busy charter season, or managing a new build, my services are designed to scale to your vessel’s operational complexity.
Can you work alongside our crew or management company?
Absolutely! I work collaboratively with onboard crew, including captains, stews, and engineers, as well as external yacht management companies. My goal is to seamlessly integrate with your existing workflow, respecting your vessel’s culture and communication style. Whether you need full financial handover or occasional charter assistance, support is tailored to complement - not replace - your existing team.
How does communication work, especially across time zones?
I maintain flexible communication channels to accommodate international time zones and fast-paced operational demands. Communication is available via:

WhatsApp (for quick-turn logistics)
Teams (for task management and multi-crew communication)
Zoom or scheduled voice calls (for financial reporting or charter briefings)
All clients receive a response within 12 hours or less, with priority messaging options during charters or vessel movements.
How is sensitive financial and guest information handled?
Sirendi adheres to the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection. All financial records, guest preference forms, and internal documents are stored in encrypted cloud platforms (Google Workspace, 1Password, etc.), and NDAs are provided prior to engagement.
What is your pricing structure?
I offer three core service tiers—Essential, Premium, and Elite—each tailored to the complexity and volume of support required. These packages can include ongoing financial reporting, itinerary coordination, guest logistics, and emergency support.
I also offer à-la-carte services such as:
APA setup for a single charter
Temporary purser coverage
Onboarding document creation
Itinerary consulting or guest provisioning assistance
Rates are provided on request following a discovery call and needs assessment.
Are you available to travel or provide onboard support?
Yes. While Sirendi operates virtually by default, I am available to join vessels in person for:
New build setup & handover
Charter season launches
Yard periods requiring onsite administrative setup
Travel is subject to availability and billed separately. Depending on location, ample notice will need to be given.
